Everdrop is a Munich-based e-commerce brand. Producing innovative, sustainable household products and stylish natural cosmetics.
In 2020, everdrop accumulated design debt due to its strong focus on growth. Our challenge was to make the UI more consistent, increase conversion and improve the overall UX.
We introduced a design system which has led to more UI consistency and faster development cycles. We also support everdrop with conversion rate optimization and A/B tests.

We have fundamentally revised everdrops homepage. It now offers users better guidance, is more emotionally engaging and has a more appealing look than its predecessor.
We extensively revamped the product detail pages, improving usability and trust. This key update significantly enhanced the user experience, leading to an increase in conversion rates.
We improved the cart to checkout rate, validated through A/B testing. Launched just before Black Friday, this initiative proved to be a significant success.
